The beginning of a new year is a time to relax, reflect, and disgusting smelling cabbage. I like raw cabbage, but I won’t touch that cooked stuff with a ten foot pole.

A new year is an arbitrarily selected time to set goals or resolutions. In some cases, these resolutions are taken seriously. People use the transition to a new year to enact real, lasting change in their lives.

Unfortunately, most new years resolutions fail. Why do they fail? Habits! The change in our lives comes by changing our habits. Without changing your habits, your new year’s resolution will likely join the pile of countless failed resolutions of new years past.

Change your habits. Make your future.
